Designed by one-time Bay Streeters, Amy Ballon and Danielle Botterell, these moms (and now successful business owners) have earned their reputation for high-quality blankets made from the coziest of fleece. We adore the idea of having a name-emblazoned blankie so much we’re ordering smaller ones ($69) for little sibs still in daycare.

Designed and manufactured in Toronto, these covers feature rustic Canadiana detailing, making them the must-have accessory at camp or the cottage. We have a feeling they’ll be so well loved they might make their way to the dorm room someday.

The thought of future independence makes us shudder. Perhaps we need a blankie to comfort us while they’re away.
