Extracurricular activities make for well-rounded kids, but only if they are having fun in the making.
Our daughters will have a blast with beads at the new Studio BBG. Nadia Vani has expanded her Beautiful Beads and Gifts business into a Montreal-West studio. Classes are mom- and kid-friendly, beginning with introductory ($15) and then advanced ($20-$25) workshops in scrapbooking, painting, arts & crafts, card making and, of course, beading.
Should the crafting continue at home, Studio BBG has ample supplies including gemstones, pendants, charms, wires, clasps and more. We love 
the Kiddie Bead Kits ($13), which includes everything they need to start making their own necklaces.
This extracurricular will be extra satisfying, especially when we don their creations around our necks.
