Just because we’re moms doesn’t mean we were injected with a Martha Stewart-esque crafty gene.
Thankfully, Bloom Art Studio is now open, saving us all from making more cardboard-and-egg carton robots. The studio offers drop-in art classes ($15 each or $160 for 7 weeks) for all ages, including parent-child classes for the little ones. The creative classes range from hand-knitting and sewing to book arts, drawing, and painting.
But our favourite offering from the studio is the family drop-in workshops ($15). We love that the whole family can make a cool art project such as a family tree or mobile together (with no mess at home!).
Who knows? We might even convince our kids that we’re crafty after all.
