If fingers aren't for sticking into light sockets or picking noses, what, our tot wonders, are they for?
Little Scholastic has the answer (and we can't be more thankful considering all the bloody noses). Their new line of books ($15+) is especially designed for babies and toddlers - and their curious hands. Now, instead of grabbing mama's hair, they're too busy feeling the tuft of fur atop a cow's head in Petting Farm. Rather than invading our lip gloss collection, they're eagerly turning the pages of Peek-A-Zoo, and finding surprises in every corner. And thanks to The Tiny Tadpole, they'll be occupied with learning about the life of a frog spawn instead of reconfiguring our stereo system.
We just wish a similar line of books would keep our teen from texting on her cell phone.
