We love to wear big, bold jewellery. But since kids came along we avoid our favourite beads and baubles, due to the irresistible quality they have with little grabby hands. (Giving added emphasis to the word "choker.")

Their pretty and modern funky mommy necklace ($35) is designed to withstand your other major accessory: Babe in arms. Made with a strong, water-safe cord and non-toxic acrylic beads, the necklaces come in a wide array of colours and styles (which means we’ll just have to buy several).
By far our favourite feature is the safety clasp that securely holds the necklace together, but pulls apart easily to prevent "mommy whiplash." And while we’re shopping on their site, we think we’ll pick up a peek-a-boo baby cover ($35) too. Unlike most nursing covers, this one offers an opening that allows you to see Baby (without exposing the girls).
