Raising children in an urban centre has its challenges. How do we teach our children to respect the environment if they barely leave the concrete?
While pondering the dilemmas of modern life, Vancouverites Katharine Byers and Sylvie de Sousa came up with the idea for Naturebag ($34.99). Created out of a desire to get children interacting with nature, Naturebag features kid-sized binoculars, a notepad and pencil (recycled of course), leaf viewer, bug box and more.
We think it’s never too soon to introduce cute, utilitarian accessories to our little ones. And with nature’s bounty surrounding our city, we know that Naturebag is just the thing to get our kids (and us too) using our senses and learning a thing or two.
Now if only Mother Nature had a KinzCash system to encourage our kids outdoors.
