For Santa's Sweet Tooth

Every year since I was little I have left a letter and a sweet treat for Santa. Here's my (secret) recipe. Enjoy!

Hello Dolly Bars

1 cup unsalted butter
4 cups crushed graham crackers (crumbs)
2 cups sweetened coconut
2 cups dark chocolate chips
2 cans sweetened condensed milk

1. Line the bottom of a 9 x 13" baking dish with foil. Lightly butter and set aside. Pre-heat oven to 350 F.

2. Pour graham cracker crumbs into a large bowl. Melt butter on medium heat and add to crumbs. Stir to combine until they begin to stick together then pour into prepared pan and flatten with spoon or fingers.

3. Pour coconut then chocolate chips on top of crumbs to form two separate layers. Pour sweetened condensed milk on top of chocolate chips and bake bars in the oven for about 30 minutes, or until caramelized. Cool and cut into bars.
