No need to sacrifice the charm anymore when the kids ask for ice cream.
We recently checked into Hotel Gelato, with its ritzy lobby atmosphere, including a fireplace, complementary newspapers, chandeliers, kid-friendly plastic Louis Ghost Chairs, black round tables and tall glossy booths.
Hotel Gelato offers something for everyone: a scrumptious assortment of vegan and non-vegan baked goods and sandwiches, espresso, dairy-free sorbets, and (of course) traditional, sugar-free or soy gelato. Among their 26 fancy flavours, the Pistachio, Vanilla Sponge Toffee and Donatella gelatos (S $4; M $5; L $6) had us wishing for seconds (and room service).
As for our little taste testers? They thought it was “damn good.” (Perhaps we need to work on that charm...)
