We love chewing gum, but hate the debate with our kid that ensues every time we pull out a pack. (And we’re not too sure what all that aspartame does to us, either.)
Fatefully, on a recent trip to the health food store, we were given a sample of Pür Gum ($2). Made from all-natural ingredients, aspartame- and GMO-free, suddenly we’re not as worried about sharing (with kids age four and up – to reduce the choking hazard).
Naturally sweetened with Xylitol (a fruit alcohol that’s been proven super effective at cavity control), we stocked up on yummy Pomegranate Mint, Spearmint and Peppermint, to keep our family’s mouths fresh and clean between brushings.
Finally -- something sweet that’s good for our teeth.
