Our summer plans don’t include Europe but that doesn’t mean our kids can’t get a little foreign education.

Schools out and little ones are getting creative at Burnaby’s brand new L’Atelier Exploration Studio. Inspired by an Italian learning philosophy with a French twist, this école focuses on discovery and curiosity.

The studio space (atelier) is bursting with inspiration for kids three to 12. With classes like Animation, Light Explorers and Studio Time (from $120 for 5 sessions), picking a favourite is going to be tough. We love the Creative Robotics program for all the junior inventors out there.

Best of all, we can sip a latte and dream of a European getaway while the kids are getting cultured.
