Our wee one can barely sit up, but is already leaving quite the carbon footprint.
To help her keep the planet clean (at least until she’s old enough to separate her own recyclables), we’re swathing our tot in the BabyBam Collection.
Created by mom Jody Graziano Jonas (with inspiration from Mother Nature), each clothing item is made of sustainable bamboo and organic cotton (with a company emphasis on supporting green charitable causes).
We first spotted the celeb-approved line when it made its swag-debut at this year’s Sundance Film Fest. Now our little one is doing her best catwalk crawl, flaunting the “Bamboo Baby” scrawled across her caboose (much more age appropriate than “juicy”; pants, US$27.50). Post-bath time, her noggin’ is snuggled in the hooded towel (US$40).
Our fellow eco-conscious sweetmamas will be thrilled when we gift them with soft “The World Awaits” onesies (US$22) and plush "Dream, Believe, Giggle" PJs (US$34). (We’ll be sure to wrap them in reusable gift sacks.)
With bath products (including organic bamboo baby soap, US9) also available, our babe will be footprint-free by the time she learns to take her first steps.
