A Little Ditty About Jack and Lola

Having nested on the North Shore, we'd adopted the mindset that trekking across the bridge to the big city (and circling the block endlessly in search of parking) was the price we had to pay to score green and funky baby gear for our precious little one.
Well bless her little carbon footprint! Style savvy mom of three, Leanne Kripp, has just opened the doors to her labour of love, jack & lola, a breathtaking 6000 square foot, one-stop baby shop centrally located just off of Lonsdale in North Vancouver.
Walking into the renovated ex-nightclub, we were greeted by cheerful colours, graphics and inspiring quotes. The chic baby room displays made us weak in the knees. From a broad array of car seats and strollers to contemporary furniture, natural toys, BPA-free bottles, organic linens and duds, we felt great about our fabulous finds and local buys. And bonus, street parking is free!
So when it was time to go, we thought it would be difficult coaxing junior out of the play area. But it was our sweetie who threw the tantrum for being made to leave the comfy chairs and a big screen TV in the Daddy Lounge!
