Naptimes, nursing and buggy pushing is no reason to keep new moms outside the cultural loop.

Culture Babes is exposing our little ones to some of the city’s finest art and music events while nourishing our minds beyond bottles and diapers. Our host (and soon to be mom), Hilary Letwin, gets us into museums before they open and makes galleries baby-friendly for an hour or two. Missing live music? Culture Babes is scheduling exclusive concerts with artists who don’t mind an accompanying squeal or two.

Feed that cultural hunger with a Culture Babe trip to see the Vancouver Art Gallery’s newest exhibit on Wednesday, November 2 ($30). Get in before the doors open to the public. Pack the diaper bag and strap the baby in, mommy’s about to be stimulated.

We’ve discovered a masterpiece.
