Now that it’s turning colder, we are in need of a cold weather comfort food fix.
The Mac Shack has landed (from $5) and they’ve taken mac n’ cheese to a delicious new level. There’s no fluorescent orange powdered stuff here, just-baked cheesy goodness and we will gladly admit to loving it as much as the kids. Stick with the traditional dish, or try one of the Mac Shack Favourites (think lobster and oyster mushroom or bacon cheese burger). The Mini Mac menu is perfect for eaters under 10 (don’t expect any leftovers).
The Mac Shack is family owned and its small space is modern but comfortable–just like home. It’s a perfect Saturday afternoon meal or a quick weeknight supper stop.
Warm, gooey cheese makes everything seem better–even the winter-like weather.
