Just because someone bought us a sturdy woven wrap for our baby shower doesn’t mean we know how to use it.

For all questions babywearing-related, we head to Mamasupial Montreal. Local babywearing expert Amy Ma teaches us what to look for in the perfect carrier, how to tie a stretchy wrap and even how to make our own ring sling.

Mamasupial’s workshops, held at various locations, are perfect for expecting parents and new mamas alike. The organization also has various carriers in its lending library and a year-long family membership ($20) allows us to borrow anything from a Mei Tai to a Didymos.

Now the real question: How much per year to hire someone to change Jr.’s cloth diapers?
