We’ve discovered something super sweet that might have our little girls addicted to handbags at a very young age.
It goes without saying that we're giddy over giddygiddy purses (we’re giddy about any purse, really). Getting your first handbag is a big deal, and just because they don’t have a Bulga bag in miniature size, doesn’t mean our gals should compromise on style.
These funky pouches recently arrived at Pedagogy Toys. One hundred per cent handmade with retro-inspired and pre-loved recycled fabrics, each bag is as individual as its owner. Created by an investment analyst turned craftaholic mom, these purses scream homespun chic (we may not be Martha, but we can give craftiness to our girls).
The Owl bag is hootiful ($32). Brown corduroy, felt and buttons give it a vintage style that’s oh-so now. The Tree pouch ($32) is perfect for all of our little ones' treasures and trinkets (let's hold off on the lipstick addiction for a while…a long while).
We may not be on the same shoulder when it comes to veggies and bedtimes, but we love that we can bond over our mutual love of fabulous bags.
