Our mission: To find the best deal in a consignment store. Our plan: Assume the heads-down/sleeves-up position, keep our eyes on the prize and get rummaging. 
And lucky for us, Sproutz Kids has just opened their brand new store, Sproutz Kids Metro. We're immediately at home in this shop; it smells great (i.e. not of Eau de Mothball) and doesn't make us feel like we're in the trenches of consignment shopping. Boasting clothing and accessories for kids ages 0 to 16, the racks are clearly labelled by size, the fashions are high quality and the price is perfect. Sproutz Kids Metro also carries a fabulous selection of consignment maternity wear (something we'll keep in the back of our minds for the next time we contemplate another).
The only confrontation we have left is dragging the kids away from the play area, complete with toys and videos. Is there any way we can bring the play space to the grocery store?
