Even though we haven't had baby teeth for a quarter of a century (egads!), we still love the idea of the Tooth Fairy. It's comforting to believe that magical beings watch over us, rewarding us for growing older by giving us fairy gold. (If only there was a Cellulite Fairy, we could have made out like bandits this year...)
To perpetuate the Tooth Fairy's magic with our own kids, we've been on the hunt for a good old-fashioned tooth pillow. We fell in love with the simple flannel pocket design from BC's EINAI Designs.
The pillows come in a range of fabrics that will appeal to boys and girls (we adore the chic Parisian poodle design and the creepy crawlers one). Each pillow comes with a little card to hang on the door alerting the Tooth Fairy to the presence of a lost tooth, and a little card to colour.
The $6 price tag leaves us with some fairy gold in our pockets in case the Tooth Fairy requires a loan. And given the craziness of the market and the going rate of teeth these days, she very well might!
