It started out innocently. Rose invited us to lunch at her latest venture, Glow Fresh Grill and Wine Bar in Toronto. We asked her if she'd talk about food on camera and she obliged with an incredibly family-friendly and delicious salad recipe. By the time we were done, we were so enthralled by her graciousness that we asked her a few more questions about life, love (33 years of marriage) and being a busy mom of four.
