When Olivia Newton John told us to "get physical" she didn't mean a round of duck-duck-goose or the hokey-pokey (although "putting your right foot in" does count for toning). Lucky for our waistlines we discovered a place that'll keep us in top shape and keep our tots in top playing form. Objectif Bien-êtreThe women-only gym Objectif Bien-être has us working off those breastfeeding cravings in only 30 minutes, three times a week. And while we focus on circuit training, hydraulic resistance machines and cardio machines, our wee ones can have a ball in the playroom at no extra fee. With bright colours plastered on the walls, this kid-friendly zone (in our sight through a glass window) keeps them entertained during our half hour sprint.

While we take on our 12-week challenge program to burn off our lingering baby weight, our brood can watch a DVD, do their homework or play with a plethora of toys. And with the help of wellness coaches (included in our membership, $32/month), the mommy time-crunch isn’t interfering with making healthier eating choices, like which flavour shake we want at the on-site smoothie bar.

It may not all be fun and games but with a little hard work and determination we'll be able to "shake it all about" with pride. (That's what it's all about.)
