By submitting the requested information via the 'Add Your Mama Meet Up', you: (i) agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy, (ii) consent to the collection, use and disclosure of this information as required in connection with use of the Mama MeetUp Directory, (iii) agree to receive emails from Sweetspot.ca Inc. and/or Johnson & Johnson Inc. regarding your ‘Mama MeetUp’ group. You will not be contacted for items not related to ‘Mama MeetUp’, and (iv) acknowledge that the information you submit will be monitored by Sweetspot.ca Inc. and if there is a question or issue about Johnson & Johnson Inc. products, or if required by law or regulation, your information will be shared in part or in whole with Johnson & Johnson Inc. and you may be contacted by Johnson & Johnson Inc.

Subject to legal and contractual requirements, you may request changes to, or the removal of, your Mama MeetUp group listing at any time. In order to request changes or remove your Mama MeetUp group listing, please click on the "Report Incorrect Information" link on that group’s page and fill out the required fields in the contact form.

Sweetspot.ca Inc. reserves the right to refuse or delete a Mama MeetUp group listing or to change a Mama MeetUp group listing, for any reason whatsoever. Johnson & Johnson Inc. shall not be responsible for any matters arising from your use of the Mama MeetUp Directory or participation in any Mama MeetUp groups including but not limited to, complaints or concerns regarding your privacy or use and disclosure of personal information, the conduct of or disputes arising from any other participants or Mama MeetUp group organizers. Johnson & Johnson Inc. assumes no liability whatsoever and will be held harmless by organizers of Mama MeetUp groups and participants for any claims, accidents, injury, loss or damage of any kind to persons including death and/or damage to property, due in whole or in part , directly or indirectly to your organizing or participating in a Mama MeetUp group, attending a specific Mama MeetUp group or any Mama MeetUp group-related activities.
